Your personal data is collected in all types of verbal, written, or electronic media for the purposes set forth above, enabling our Association to offer its services within the legal framework and fully fulfill its contractual and legal obligations. The personal data collected for these legal reasons can also be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in this text under the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK Law.
5.STORAGE, DESTRUCTION, AND ANONYMIZATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Our Association stores personal data in proportion to the purpose of processing. In the event that the purpose and/or reason for processing ceases to exist, personal data will be retained until the end of the period required by relevant legislation. Once the processing purpose ends and the statutory limitation periods expire to ensure legal obligations are met, the personal data will be destroyed or anonymized. The destruction and anonymization of personal data falling under exceptions due to public service obligations will be carried out within the framework of the governing legislation.
6.YOUR RIGHTS
As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Association, we will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee specified in the tariff determined by our Association will be charged. In this context, personal data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether personal data is processed,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and request notification of this operation to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist despite being processed in accordance with the KVKK Law and other relevant laws, and request notification of this operation to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages in case of harm due to unlawful processing of personal data.
